Application Requirements:

• Everyone 18 and older must apply.
• $50 App Fee per applicant. All Application fees are Non-Refundable
• Review of Credit Report. (Guarantors Welcome)
• Income must equal at least 2.5 x your portion of the rent.
• Vouchers are always accepted, check with your case manager that a voucher in the area covers the monthly rent and that you meet all other requirements apart from the income which is covered by the voucher.

We will do a full 6-point background check – Credit Check, Criminal Check, Eviction Check, Previous Landlord Verify, Reference Verify, and Employment Verification.

ADDITIONAL FEES NOT INCLUDED IN RENT:

• $50 Application fee per applicant 18 and older
• No Security Deposit is required. Deposit-Free Living offered through Obligo
• Pet Application fee is $20 for the 1st pet and $15 per additional pet
• $250 Pet Fee and $35 Per month/pet, pet fee (if applicable) (Non-refundable)
