HOW IT WORKS:
1. On or before the first of the month, go to the tenant login on our website.www.RealPropertyManagementDC.com
2. Pay rent in the online tenant portal.
3. A $4 processing fee will apply—less than a gallon of gas, yet now you can save hundreds each month!
4. When you checkout, you will see the RPM Resident Club link to get registered and start saving.
