How do I get set up for billing and payments?

All billing and payment setup is completed through the AppFolio Vendor Portal. Once your account is activated, you’ll be able to manage invoices, view payment history, and track upcoming payments online.

Who can tell me the Payment Status?

You can view your payment status directly in the AppFolio Vendor Portal. If you need assistance, please email [email protected]. We typically process all invoices within 30 days or less.

Where do I send my invoice?

The best way to submit your invoice is to upload it directly to the related work order in the Vendor Portal. Alternatively, you can email it to [email protected].

How do I become a New Vendor?

To become an approved vendor, please complete the New Vendor Packet and submit the following supporting documents:
  • Proof of Insurance
  • W-9 form
  • Applicable business licenses
  • Completed and signed Vendor Agreement

Once all documents are received, please email them to [email protected] for review. Our team will contact you when your account has been approved and activated.
